Can I bring my dog?

Yes if they are banjo-friendly! Seriously, dogs are welcome but they do need to be on a lead. Thanks.

How accessible is the site?

It's on a farm, so the ground may be rough, but we'll do our best to site you in a good place near to the main activity area and facilities.
We'll provide an accessible toilet, but haven't found an accessible shower yet. Please get in touch with details of your own requirements, and we'll see what can be done to facilitate your visit.

Refunds and cancellation

Accepted Answer

• As we have to commit to our considerable overheads we can't offer a full refund after a certain date. We hope you won't find this policy unreasonable.
 • If you cancel your booking up to 75 days before the event start: 75% refund
 • If you cancel your booking between 75  and 40 days before the event start: 50% refund
 • If you cancel your booking after 40 days before the event start and we are able to fill the space with another person, we will refund 50% of your payment. If your place is not filled, no refund.
 • If the event cannot take place due to Covid for example, it will be postponed and your ticket will be valid for the future dates. In that situation, if you are unable to make the future dates, you will be entitled to a full refund.
 • We highly recommend that you organise your own travel insurance, offering cancellation cover.

Can I self-cater and get a discount?

As this isn't just a picking weekend, we're providing full catering so you can relax, and take full advantage of the event and the company.

Are there chemical toilet facilities?

Not yet. This is still a basic farm site. We shall be hiring portaloos and showers.
